The Process

Oooh, I’m excited and interested – what next?!

First, you can reach us through the ‘Book Appointment’ tab. From there, we will schedule a complimentary, no-obligation 20 minute consultation.

Any initial consultation is meant to assess your goals, style, and budget. This way we can get a sense of what you want to accomplish, as well as provide a projected length of time and cost.

How long does it take?

Four hours can be enough to complete a small project, such as an average closet.

Larger projects are better suited to multiple sessions of four to eight hours each.

Full-day sessions of eight hours are recommended in time-sensitive situations such as immediately after a move or getting the space ready for an event.

The final 10 minutes of each session are dedicated to reviewing our progress, planning next steps, and loading out.

Do I need to tidy my space before you come?

No, not necessarily.

While we are not a cleaning service, we like to assess where things are in their current state so we can get a sense of if and how often they are used.

We’re here to help and empower you, not to judge you.

Do I have to throw my things away?

We will not throw anything out without your permission.

Our mission is to get a sense of your ideal flow, and to make the necessary adjustments for you to maximize the use and ease of your space.

If we believe that there is anything inhibiting you from feeling your best, we will present it to you for you to decide whether it’s incorporated into your space’s edit.

If you decide to purge any items, we can assist in the removal; e.g. discard, donate, or recycle.

Do I need to be present during the sessions?

The goal of the initial consultation is to gage your style, use of your space, and how you would like it to function.

Next, we assess any glaring obstacles that prevent you from achieving harmony in your desired space.

We can discuss what your goals are, and that will indicate an ideal level of participation. We let you decide how involved you would like to be, and go from there.

Do you use containers or other supplies?

Every project is different, so we do our best to initially estimate the number of project hours as well as any anticipated product costs. Product use is not required, but can be a very helpful addition to your organizational goals.

If we do source products for project use, we do our best to communicate and understand your aesthetic. This way, we can utilize said products to facilitate a visually appealing and functional use of your space. All product sourcing is subject to your approval, and corresponds to your budget goals.

Product sourcing is subject to a $100 flat fee, in order to facilitate any returns/exchanges. Products used and incorporated into the project will be billed for reimbursement in the final total.
