Pricing
Alright, so how much will this cost?
The initial 20 minute phone consultation is complimentary. We utilize the phone call to determine the best course of action, as well as texting/email for sharing pictures of the space in question.
Once we schedule your project, we will invoice and collect a $200 deposit to secure your appointment.
Any on-site consultation is subject to our hourly rate of $50.
Once the deposit is paid, we operate at an hourly rate of $50/hour. The deposit is factored into the total cost, essentially reserving a minimum of four hours.
What about containers and other supplies?
Product use is not required.
When we discuss your project, we will determine if that's something you want or need. Any product sourcing is done to correspond with your aesthetic and budget goals.
Product sourcing is subject to a $100 flat fee, in order to facilitate any returns/exchanges. Products used and incorporated into the project will be billed for reimbursement in the final total.
What are your payment terms and methods?
Clients will be invoiced prior to service and a deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your dates on our schedule.
We accept payment by cash, check, major credit card, Venmo, or ACH.
Checks should be made payable to "Flow State Organize"
There will be a charge of $20 for any check returned for insufficient funds, as well as additional collection and/or legal fees to compensate for overdraft charges and unpaid account balances.
